Social Services

Adult Social Services - Local Access Point - 01432 364050/364053 Hereford City, Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Bromyard, Leominster and the Golden Valley Provides information, advice and practical support to help adults maintain their independence for as long as possible. The teams also provide support for carers through Carers Needs Assessments.

A single gateway to a range of services designed to help vulnerable adults remain in
their own homes supported by community services. 


For all adults, irrespective of the carer/caree aspects but they can be relevant.  Some Ross residents may find the Gloucestershire office more convenient.  It's important to note that you should talk to your GP as the service is not accessible by self-referral.
