The services that the council is looking to recommission are
- Day opportunities (activities and support services that people can use their personal budgets to purchase)
- Community equipment service (provision of aids and equipment to help people to stay in their home)
- Adult placement scheme (a Care Quality Commission registered scheme that involves placing adults with critical and substantial needs with families in their homes)
- Norfolk House sheltered accommodation (very sheltered accommodation scheme based in Leominster)
- Reablement (temporary support to help people regain their independence following illness, injury or trauma)
- Home and Community Support (personal care delivered in your own home)
- Sensory impairment (provides assessment and support for people with sensory impairment throughout Herefordshire)
