The chats we had were warm and encouraging.  I haven't lost sight of my hopes re being involved.  However, you have ignored my last email.  Because of that, it has been necessary to take legal advice as seen here .

I hope we can get it all sorted out and pretty soon.  Tim has said he would give the repair priority and send someone down.  Please remember that there's much more than a ramp repair to be attended to.  Before anyone starts any journey, I want to know who it is and what will be dealt with when he arrives.  That should be set out in an email, please. 

I hope that the need for a replacement car on a temporary basis will not arise.   

If no response from you by noon on Tuesday, I will serve the letter by recorded delivery and set legal action in motion..  Let's not allow the problem to escalate.
