  4. Our service and care workers are aware of the impact of caring on family members and we can signpost them to information, emotional and practical support.
  5. Our service and care workers recognise that people with dementia may be vulnerable to exploitation, and we take steps to ensure their safety and best interests.
  6. Our service and care workers do not make assumptions about who may be important in someone’s life; instead we take the lead from the person and what we know about them.
