Don’t forget that we can eat together any day; £3 per head can be pooled towards a shared meal.
Remember that everyday can be tailored to suit you, the idea on the plan tells you generally what’s on, you can of course use the memory rooms, do your own thing, ie plant outside, cook, read, go shopping, go out for a coffee with other members etc

Tuesday 31st

Charity shop dash.( A fun dash to buy anything we seem to need)
PM: Psychomotor session.
Wednesday 1st June
AM: Take your turn Ceildh / music by members. Art with Yvie

Thursday 2nd June
AM: Art
PM: Psychomotor session.
Psychomotor is simply any gentle exercise that promotes motor control, co-ordination and balance.

Tuesday 7th
Blow your own trumpet, WITH SUSAN, if you would like to start brass instrument lessons, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE Meeting Centre Member Sue is willing to pass on her years of experience to a few lucky people who may wish to learn a new skill. All abilities welcomed. Ask Susan or Yvie for more details

Today HCA [sic] (Herefordshire carers support) are with us as part of carers support week for the morning
10.00 -13.00 open session
stands / information, HCS /Crossroads Care rep/Lifestyle Trainers Rep/GP Carers Leads/Gemma and hand massage/Meeting Centre team and light refreshments.

(HCS registration/info session – chance to meet Sally and find out a little more about what HCS has to offer.-ask Tracy for more details)

Week Four
Tuesday 21st
Blow your own trumpet, WITH SUSAN, by now hopefully a small group of members and family members will be having a wail of a time, practicing new notes from shinny instruments. BUT will want them all to meet somewhere else by now?

Tuesday 28th
AM- Blow your own trumpet again, WITH SUSAN
Followed by~
Woodwind with John, John also plays quite a few instruments, sax, accordions, melodeons and flute, he is offering woodwind sessions to all those interested. Please speak with John or come to this “play around intro session”

Don’t forget that we can eat together any day; £3 per head can be pooled towards a shared meal.
Ideas tried out so far range from the menu at the white Lion, mini fish meals, a light buffet to homemade soup and rolls.
We will do something “for the Queen” at some point, some family members are talking about ideas that I am sure will grow into something good.
