Preamble
  1. The Head of Research (HoR) within ADS at Worc Uni is in charge of the overall DMC Meetingdem UK project and we have had an exchange of emails from X to Y which ended with no response on Z.

  3. A senior staff member within ADS runs the day to day aspects of the DMC project - SE.  HoR has the same initials.

  5. This includes a collection of quotes etc from three of my websites.  One of these included HoR emails but which did not identify him or ADS.  He wanted the site to be closed and it was.

  7. My  wife and I have attended the Leominster DMC (LDMC)on a weekly basis since Q.

The list
  1. My wife and I went to the LDMC on 10 August and SE had already arrived.  She left immediately we arrived.

  3. There are questionnaires to be completed in the context of people with dementia and their carers.

  5. HoR alleged that I had completed my questionnaire myself without liaising with SE.

  7. He also alleged that I offered some suggestions for improvements to the evaluation of the Meeting Centres project. I

  9. I asked him to provide textual evidence but he claimed he did not understand.
