A is the test with the possible score - full score would be 2O
B is the Nov 2015 score 8.5
C is the Feb 2016 score 8
D is the May 2016 score 6.5
Preamble 15 Nov 2015 to the G&S test
- The questions are not meant to be in difficulty-order
- The wording is spread according to bites or chunks of the quotation
- The bites or chunks of the quotations vary
- The test demonstrates progressive minor complexity in several cases and increased complexity in the final case.
- Arbitrary scores at present
- Records to be kept re scores per date and per learning
- Song and music sessions take place often at Teresa's bedtime, and occasionally during the day
- Seldom will there be whole tests run as entities. Half in the morning and the rest after lunch.
- Update 24 Feb 2016 - the day has been re-ordered with the session from 2000 to 2030 However, mini- testing continues as and when during most days without records being kept.
- Other minor events generally are intermittent and sometimes of the order - "Lets listen to 'Coming round the .... Oh, I can't think!' with the aim of eliciting the completion of the title or phrase of the occasion.
- I repeat various quotations with or without melody from a wide range of topics from time to time in the hope that my wife will add to them. On 27 Feb 2016, I absent-mindedly hummed a tune and she said she didn't like it. She said it was Ghost riders in the sky which surprised me.

The clear lesson from this is to aim for 75% success when producing later tests. However, if handled correctly, your caree will have no inkling of the success rate unless you make encouraging comment during and after the session, however brief. See 17 & 19 above as a better way to proceed than discrete sessions.
