Dear Ms Messent
This set of emails begins on 16 September 2013 with the request "Please give examples of what a good GP or Practice needs to do to win an award.
You were away and your colleague Mayuri replied but there was no information. A link is shown below but it only refers the reader to you.
For full criteria and nomination forms, contact the Awards Administrator or telephone 020 3188 7534/7537.
Hence the first email to you.
I wrote back to Mayuri to receive no reply.
One of your colleagues attend the event here. I told her about the situation. Still no meaningful outcome.
The emails below have been stripped of unnecessary text.
Best wishes.
Alan Harrison

Dear Mayuri
Thank you.
Regarding
Please give examples of what a good GP or Practice needs to do to win an award.
I had hoped for a link to prizewinners and what they did to receive the award. Failing that, the criteria must exist somewhere in your system.
Best wishes.
