Update 22 Sept
HW and I have discussed the 6 page doc sent to GP1 - Oct 2013 here using several flipchart pages. She now can read the whole doc and explain further. This is the second time I have sought help from the org. The first was after the Star Performance session with RCSG.
Update 19 Sept
HW has advised that HL is on holiday until 24 Sept. The following seems as if it will be considered. An email via here with the decision date would be appreciated.
The GP's name and surgery are in emails. They have been omitted so that searches involving either are less successful.
GP1 has been our GP since 2004. GP2 is the GP recommended for an award.
