You will readily accept, I'm sure, that regular routine is vital in
dementia cases.
Every Sunday afternoon, I work with my wife to update a magnetic board
set out for the week ahead,
We take each day at a time and she puts the two carers on first and then the day
events.
It helps her to understand better.
The rotas have always arrived on time.
Please ensure the error this week is not repeated.
I am quite content with an email version.
